A message of congratulations addressed to His Eminence Vladimir, Metropolitan of Chișinău and All Moldova, from the Christian community of the village of Hîrtopul Mic, Criuleni district

Your Eminence,

It is with great spiritual joy that the Christians, together with the parish priest of the church dedicated to Saint Nicholas the Hierarch in the village of Hîrtopul Mic, Criuleni district, extend their warm and sincere congratulations to you on the occasion of the feast day of Your Eminence’s heavenly patron, Saint Vladimir the Great Prince, Equal to the Apostles. As we celebrate the enlightener who led his people onto the true path of salvation, which is our Saviour Jesus Christ, we pray that the steadfastness in the faith, the wisdom and the courage of this great saint may constantly accompany you in the fatherly care you show for the flock entrusted to you. We give thanks to the Good Lord for the gift of having, in the person of Your Eminence, a devoted hierarch, spiritually attuned to the joys and trials of our faithful, for the struggle you wage day by day and for your desire to preserve the Church of Christ: ‘a glorious Church, without spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but holy and blameless’ (Ephesians 5:25–27). From the depths of our hearts, we wish you unwavering health, physical and spiritual strength, and wisdom from on high in all the works you perform for the benefit of the Holy Church.
